Remember the "8 Minute" workout series? Turns out, you can still find it on YouTube. This is probably the only work-out post I will ever do, but aren't you kinda curious? I was. I tried it. {along with 8 Minute Buns...don't judge me ;)}
Ignore the spandex, enjoy the swaying leaves of the weaping willow tree during the introduction, and give it a whirl!
It is surprisingly painful ... like a kind of hurt that gradually hurts more and more ... for at least a week {I exaggerate, but only a little}
